About the role
As a Senior Specialist, Product Operations - Search & Discovery, you will be responsible for influencing and defining the roadmap for our search and discovery experiences across our global business. You will work closely with our product, engineering, and data teams to drive strategic initiatives that help us understand user behavior and optimize the discovery experience.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Develop a deep understanding of our search and discovery experiences, user behavior, and pain points
- Identify opportunities for optimization and innovation, and partner with cross-functional teams to bring those ideas to life
- Analyze data and user feedback to inform decision-making and prioritize initiatives
- Define and measure key performance indicators to track the success of your projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and drive continuous improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to help us maintain a leading position in the market
