About the role
As a Senior Product Manager for People Operations, you will be responsible for driving the strategic vision and execution of Delivery Hero's people-centric products and tools. You will work closely with stakeholders across the business to understand their needs and pain points, and then translate those into innovative, user-centric solutions that empower our people and enable our global organization to thrive. You will take a data-driven, iterative approach to product development, continuously testing and refining your ideas to ensure we're delivering maximum value. In this role, you will:
- Establish the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for key people-centric products and tools
- Conduct user research and stakeholder interviews to deeply understand our users' needs and pain points
- Translate those insights into clear, well-defined product requirements and backlog items
- Work closely with our engineering teams to drive the end-to-end product development process
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners in People, IT, and other departments to ensure alignment and drive adoption
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of your products
- Continuously optimize and iterate on your products based on user feedback and data insights
- Champion a user-centric, data-driven product development culture within your team and the broader organization
