SAP Successfactors - Delivery Head
Pune or Trivandrum (Hybrid)

Summary:
This position drives the vision and strategy of company's People & Culture team tasked with delivering critical HR platforms a services across all company's group. The incumbent is expected to be both strategic and tactical, should influence adoption, is results oriented and has a strong client service orientation. This role will be responsible for contributing to the multi-year strategic action plan for future progression and deployment of our HR platforms. In addition, will lead the development and implementation the HR business tools and service excellence which are in alignment with future business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the execution of transformation, the delivery of run and change of all Technology IT platforms in the HR Platforms vertical. Responsible for the implementation of the IT strategies and compliance with group policies.
• Drive harmonization and functional integration of delivery teams into global matrix model, work with service owners in development of financial and budgetary plans and ensure appropriate talent development & retention strategies
• Strong Product/Project management expertise in Global delivery model setup with good working knowledge and experience in SAP SuccessFactors across its complete life cycle. Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and in line with business objectives.
• Comes with the ability to support the entire SuccessFactors suite. In addition, strong experience with additional HR IT solutions e.g. payroll, time, pension, and others.
• Develop and define the strategies in close collaboration with GPC/executive level management in SE and external IT consulting partners.
• Should be able to envision and anticipate needs of customers and deliver solutions to build sustainable services/teams supporting the global strategic priorities, and at the same time strive for continues service improvement.
• Devise strategies ensuring the growth of programs enterprise-wise and implement process improvements that benefit the organization and bring value to internal customers
• Collaborate with the HR and support function to co-create an engaged, motivated and productive agile environment.
Team: 70+ the team is integrated as part of product oriented organizational structure

- Ensure consistency, harmonization and globalization services offered to the Global People Culture organization - Scaling up and optimizing the techno-functional capability to support the Product Development Road-map - Work jointly with GPC organization to define the future business needs and corresponding HR IT architecture and serices - Collaborate & influence senior leadership of - Design, implement and operationalize new services that benefit Group
