Job Description: Account Delivery Head Location: Bengaluru, India Experience Level: 12–18 Years Domain Focus: IT Infrastructure, AI/Data, or ERP Role Overview As the Account Delivery Head (Director), you will be the strategic anchor for high-value client engagements. You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery ecosystem, ensuring operational excellence, financial health, and aggressive account growth. This role requires a blend of deep technical heritage (8/10 proficiency in at least one or two core technologies) and high-level executive presence to engage with CXO-level stakeholders. Key Responsibilities 1. Delivery Excellence & SLA Adherence ● Oversee multi-project delivery, ensuring all engagements meet stringent quality standards and timelines. ● Maintain 100% adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) across the portfolio. ● Act as the final escalation point for delivery-related challenges, ensuring rapid resolution and process improvement. 2. Client Satisfaction & Retention ● Own the CSAT and NPS outcomes for the account by ensuring delivery matches client expectations. ● Cultivate and maintain deep-rooted relationships with CXO and VP-level stakeholders. ● Manage contract renewals and proactively safeguard account retention. 3. Financial Performance & P&L Management ● Total ownership of the account’s financial health, including Revenue and Profitability. ● Execute cost-optimization strategies without compromising on delivery quality. ● Drive sustainable financial growth through disciplined budget management. 4. Account Growth (EE & EN) ● Identify and convert opportunities for expansion within Existing Engagements (EE). ● Strategize and lead New Engagement (EN) initiatives through aggressive cross-selling and upselling of services. 5. Talent Leadership & Team Development ● Lead the recruitment, engagement, and retention of high-impact resources. ● Directly manage 5–6 Technical Delivery Managers (TDMs) and oversee the growth of Architects and SMEs. ● Foster a culture of continuous skill development and high performance. Required Skills & Experience ● Experience: 12–18 years in IT Services Delivery and Account Management. ● Technical Depth: Must rate yourself at least 8/10 in 1–2 technologies (e.g., IT Infra, AI/Data, or ERP). ● Leadership: Proven track record of hiring and managing a team of TDMs and senior technical leads. ● Financial Acumen: Direct experience managing Account P&L, revenue targets, and margins. ● Governance: Expert-level understanding of delivery governance, program management, and service excellence. ● Communication: Exceptional executive presence; ability to negotiate and influence at the CXO level. ● Mobility: Willingness and ability to travel to the US frequently for client workshops and reviews.
