Position Summary
We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Global Product Delivery Head to lead the worldwide implementation of RS Software’s product suite. Based in Kolkata, the role is pivotal in ensuring end-to-end rollout, configuration, integration, monitoring progress with robust KPI’s, and adoption of our products at client sites across the globe.
Customer engagement begins in pre-sales with identifying requirements, assessing gaps between standard product features and custom needs, accurate scoping, resourcing, project planning, and pricing.
As RS Software evolves into a true global organization with an MNC culture, the delivery of high-quality, defect-free products on time is non-negotiable. This position goes beyond traditional project management—it demands a deep understanding of product-led growth, scalable implementation methodologies, and a passion for enabling clients to achieve their business outcomes through our technology.
Trust built through expertise, quality, and prompt delivery is key to this role. Each customer interaction should result in references, advocacy, and growth opportunities.

Product Implementation Strategy & Scalability
- Develop and execute a global product implementation strategy that supports rapid, scalable, and repeatable deployments.
- Design and refine a standardized, yet flexible, implementation methodology (e.g., a "Product Implementation Playbook") tailored for SaaS and on-premises deployments.
- Drive initiatives to reduce Time-to-Value (TTV) for new clients and improve overall implementation efficiency.
- Device a framework of working alongside local or global partners, where the entire scope of work is divided according to the strengths of the front-end partner (where applicable) and yet not compromising on quality and timely delivery. IP and source code need to be always protected.
Global Delivery Leadership, KPI’s & Execution
- Own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle for all product implementations, from kick-off to go-live and hyper-care, ensuring they are on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Provide senior leadership oversight to a globally distributed delivery organization, including Implementation Managers, Solution Architects, and Consultants, ensuring alignment, capability building, and consistent execution standards.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) specific to product implementation, such as implementation cycle time, go-live success rate, and initial client satisfaction. KPI’s need to be across all levels and all functions of delivery. Early flags should be raised for any deviation from timelines, quality controls, resourcing, project costs, etc.
- Ensure rigorous quality, time, scope, and cost controls are embedded into delivery processes, with a strong focus on predictability, scalability, and execution of excellence.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as the critical bridge between the Delivery organization and Product Management/Engineering teams.
- Systematically channel client feedback and field insights from implementations back to the product team to influence the product roadmap.
- Work closely with the Sales and Pre-Sales teams to scope new implementation engagements (SOW, time, quality, resourcing, costs, impact to customers’ business) accurately, setting correct client expectations.
Client, Partner Success & Relationship Management
- Serve as the ultimate escalation point for critical issues during the Scoping, Proposal, Development and Implementation phase, ensuring swift resolution and preserving client and partner trust.
- Build strong, advisory-level relationships with key client and partner stakeholders involved in the end-to-end process. Customer relationships should be both with Business as well as Technology leadership.
- Ensure a seamless handover from the implementation team to the ongoing Customer Success/Support team post go-live.
Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of 25 years of experience in IT delivery, with at least 10 years in a leadership role focused on the implementation of commercial software products (SaaS or on-premises).
- Proven track record of successfully leading the global rollout and implementation of a complex B2B software product suite.
- Deep domain knowledge in the Financial Services, Banking, or Payments industry is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in building and scaling repeatable implementation methodologies and playbooks.
- Strong financial acumen with P&L management experience for a delivery unit.

Commercial & Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of delivery economics, including effort estimation, resourcing, cost control, and margin management.
