Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Delivery Head. The Delivery Head will oversee and manage end-to-end program delivery, ensuring the alignment of strategies with business objectives. Responsibilities include leading project execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing resources, fostering a high-performing team environment, and maintaining effective client relationships to ensure successful project outcomes and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Program Management, Project Management, and the ability to deliver complex initiatives effectively.
- Proven expertise in People Management and Team Management, with a focus on building, mentoring, and leading high-performing teams.
- Ability to provide strategic guidance and solutions to internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills are necessary for success in this role.
- Experience in the insurance or technology sector is considered an added advantage.
