Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in the Greater Ahmedabad Area for a Delivery Head. The Delivery Head will oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timeliness, budget adherence, and quality. The responsibilities include managing multiple teams, developing and implementing project strategies, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring alignment with client goals. Day-to-day tasks will involve project planning, progress tracking, stakeholder engagements, and effective coordination between departments. The role also entails implementing best practices for project execution and contributing to continuous process improvement.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Program Management and Project Management to oversee end-to-end delivery and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Proven skills in People Management and Team Management to lead diverse teams and foster collaboration.
- Consulting experience to provide strategic guidance and develop effective project strategies.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities to handle complex challenges effectively.
- Prior experience in technology-driven industries or drone and energy sectors is preferred.
- Relevant degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
