Job SummaryAs a Delivery Executive, you will be the face of Agamahil to our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the safe, timely, and secure delivery of our premium grocery and oil products from our hubs/warehouses directly to residential or commercial customer locations.
Key Responsibilities- Order Pickup & Inspection: Collect orders from the warehouse or delivery hub and verify the items against the invoice/delivery app before leaving.
- Timely Delivery: Safely transport and deliver premium oil tins, packages, and groceries to designated customer addresses using optimized navigation routes.
- Customer Service: Maintain a friendly, polite, and professional attitude when interacting with customers at their doorsteps.
- Order Handling: Ensure all products, especially liquids/tins, are handled gently to avoid any leakage or damage during transit.
- App Usage: Efficiently update delivery status (Delivered, Undelivered, Rescheduled) on the delivery partner application in real time.
Requirements & Qualifications- Education: Any degree (Freshers are highly encouraged to apply).
- Vehicle & License: Must own a two-wheeler (scooter/bike) with a valid driving license and active vehicle insurance.
- Smartphone: Must possess an Android smartphone with an active data connection to use the navigation
Skills:
- Basic geographical knowledge of the assigned local delivery area.
- Ability to read and follow maps/GPS instructions.
- Basic reading and communication skills (Local language and basic English).
