Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Delivery Driver based in Gurugram. The Delivery Driver will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently, meeting delivery schedules, and ensuring excellent customer service. Day-to-day responsibilities include loading, transporting, and delivering items to clients, assisting in unloading deliveries, maintaining vehicle cleanliness, and adhering to local traffic and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Customer Service skills to ensure positive client interaction and satisfaction
- Experience with Forklift Operation, ensuring safe and efficient handling of deliveries
- Training experience or willingness to learn operational procedures quickly
- Familiarity with sales and understanding basic business practices related to delivery and logistics
- Knowledge or experience in the Food & Beverage industry is an advantage
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to lift heavy packages and work flexible hours as needed
