Role Description
We are seeking a Delivery Driver for a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata. The primary responsibilities include picking up and delivering items such as cakes, documents, food, or business parcels safely and on time within the designated service areas. The Delivery Driver will be expected to provide excellent customer service, ensure accurate deliveries, and maintain records of transactions where required. Additional tasks may include contributing to team coordination for optimized delivery scheduling and adhering to safety protocols during deliveries.
Qualifications
- Customer Service skills to ensure a positive experience for clients and address any delivery-related concerns effectively.
- Experience in Food & Beverage delivery or handling is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic understanding of local Kolkata routes, including areas like North Kolkata, South Kolkata, Salt Lake, and New Town.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow delivery instructions accurately.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and familiarity with local traffic regulations.
