Own delivery excellence for the Smart Devices vertical across all pods: IoT, Wearables, Consumer Devices, Connectivity, Security, Firmware, Cloud Integration, Automation, and Innovation.
Responsibilities
- Govern all Smart Devices deliveries and SOWs.
- Ensure quality, predictability, and on-time execution.
- Define and manage delivery metrics (utilization, quality, defect density).
- Oversee pod leads for execution alignment.
- Conduct customer governance meetings, QBRs, and milestone reviews.
- Support scaling from 40 → 100+ engineers in 24 months.
- Ensure SLA adherence in Managed Services engagements.
Must-Have Skills
- Strong background in engineering delivery (IoT, Embedded, Firmware, or Smart Devices).
- Proven experience managing multi-pod engineering teams.
- Strong metrics-driven governance experience.
- Exceptional customer communication and escalation handling.
