Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Delivery role based in Gurugram. The delivery professional will be responsible for picking up packages from designated hubs, verifying order details, and delivering them safely and on time to customers. Day-to-day tasks include following assigned routes, using navigation tools, handling cash or digital payments as required, and maintaining clear communication with supervisors and customers. The role also involves following all traffic and safety regulations, keeping delivery equipment in good condition, and reporting any issues with orders or routes promptly.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Customer Service, including polite communication, problem resolution, and a customer-first attitude.
- Candidates should possess skills in Logistics Management and Transportation, such as route planning, basic understanding of delivery processes, and safe driving practices.
- Candidates should possess skills related to Training and willingness to learn standard operating procedures, safety rules, and company delivery guidelines.
- Candidates with experience in Food & Beverage delivery or similar field service roles will be beneficial.
- Valid two-wheeler or appropriate vehicle license, familiarity with local Gurugram routes, and ability to use smartphones or delivery apps.
- Reliability, punctuality, physical ability to handle packages, and basic literacy for reading order details.
- Prior experience in courier, e-commerce delivery, or logistics is an advantage but not mandatory.
