Role Description
This is a full-time and part time , on-site delivery role based in Kolkata and other major cities of India . The delivery professional will be responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of products to customers, maintaining a high standard of customer service during interactions. Primary responsibilities include ensuring the safe transportation of goods, proper handling of delivery processes, and addressing customer queries courteously. Additional duties may involve coordination with the team and ensuring the integration of processes for seamless execution.
Qualifications
- Strong focus on Customer Service, ensuring positive interactions and resolutions.
- Teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a group.
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills to support smooth Integration of delivery processes.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with the local areas of your city is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to operate delivery vehicles responsibly.
