Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Delivery Associate based in Noida. The Delivery Associate will be responsible for efficiently delivering products to customers, maintaining a positive customer experience during deliveries, managing and tracking inventory, and supporting the procurement and supply chain processes as needed. The role requires adhering to company delivery standards and ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service
- Basic understanding of inventory management and supply chain management principles
- Experience or knowledge in procurement and logistical operations
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow established processes and guidelines
- Valid driver’s license and ability to operate delivery vehicles safely if required
- Physical stamina to load and deliver packages efficiently
- Prior experience in a delivery or logistics role is a plus, but not mandatory
