Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Delivery Associate, located in Meerut. The Delivery Associate will be responsible for delivering packages to customers promptly and professionally, managing delivery schedules, and ensuring accurate record-keeping. The role involves efficient route planning, handling customer interactions to address queries or concerns during deliveries, and ensuring goods are delivered in optimal condition.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and handle inquiries effectively.
- Basic knowledge of Inventory Management and Supply Chain Management to ensure efficient processes.
- Understanding of Procurement processes to manage and handle goods effectively.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of local routes and geography in Meerut is an advantage.
- Proficiency in using mobile applications or devices for managing deliveries and updates.
- Must possess a valid driving license and have a good driving record.
