Departments include commercial, operations and marketing, and teams in the UK&I partner with global departments such a product, technology and consumer. Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for an Account Manager to join our team based in Leeds. This is a rare opportunity to become an important member of a growing, well-funded startup. You'll partner with restaurants, to cultivate existing relationships and help them increase their online sales. This is an excellent role for someone who enjoys building relationships. The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of accounts across the North East & North Yorkshire. What you'll do: Grow relationships between Deliveroo and our restaurant partners both face-to-face and remotely. Improve restaurant performance through data analysis and industry knowledge to maximise order volume and growth potential through Deliveroo. Negotiate contracts and terms of partnership. Partner with our restaurant and rider operations teams to improve operational efficiencies. Work with marketing teams to accelerate restaurant order growth. Improve and present new ideas to increase Deliveroo growth and efficiencies. Be a local expert for your area. This means knowing the restaurant industry inside and out, and being the face of Deliveroo to the restaurant industry. Requirements: 2+ years experience in account/relationship management (or similar). Comfortable understanding and using data. Experience achieving targets.
