Role Overview
We are looking for a Product Manager to join as the first hire in our product team. This is a high-impact role, where you’ll have the unique opportunity to shape the product vision, strategy, and execution from the ground up.
As the founding product hire, you will work closely with cross-functional teams—including Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Customer Success—to define, build, and scale our product, driving innovation and delivering exceptional user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Vision: Define the product roadmap in alignment with company goals, ensuring scalability and market fit.
- Execution & Delivery: Own the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, collaborating with engineering and design teams.
- User-Centric Approach: Conduct market research, gather user insights, and translate them into actionable features.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders across teams to drive product success and ensure seamless execution.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze key metrics, run experiments, and iterate to optimize product performance and adoption.
- Process & Team Scaling: Establish best practices in product management, setting a foundation for the future product team.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally in a fast-paced startup or tech-driven environment.
- Proven ability to own a product lifecycle from concept to launch.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data and user insights to drive product decisions.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments, with a bias for action.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams.
