About the Role
We are currently looking for a talented and passionate Backend Engineer with expertise in NodeJS and GraphQL to join our dynamic and growing team in Bangalore. In this role, you will play a key part in architecting and building scalable backend systems that power our next-generation applications.

You will work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver robust features, enhance performance, and ensure seamless data flow between our frontend and backend systems.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using NodeJS and GraphQL.
2. Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
3. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
4. Write clean, well-documented, and testable code.
5. Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving coding standards and processes.
6. Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance.

Requirements

1. 1–3 years of backend development experience with strong proficiency in NodeJS.
2. Solid understanding of GraphQL, API design, and server-side architecture.
3. Experience working with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and ORM frameworks.
4. Familiarity with containerization (Docker), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms is a plus.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
