Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Delegate Sales Executive who will be
responsible for driving ticket sales for startup events, engaging with investors, initiating sponsor
conversations, and building long-term relationships within the startup ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
Delegate Sales (Primary Responsibility)
● Drive ticket sales for startup events, conferences, and networking meets
● Identify and reach out to founders, entrepreneurs, and professionals
● Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Investor Outreach
● Connect with investors (Angels, VCs, HNIs) and invite them to events
● Build and maintain a strong investor database
● Ensure high-quality investor participation
Sponsor Prospecting (First-Level Outreach)
● Initiate conversations with potential sponsors
● Pitch event value propositions and benefits
● Schedule meetings for senior team to close deals
Relationship Management
● Maintain strong relationships with past delegates, investors, and partners
● Ensure repeat participation and engagement
● Provide excellent pre- and post-event support
● Coordination & Follow-ups
● Maintain CRM and track all interactions
● Ensure timely follow-ups with leads and prospects
● Work closely with marketing and event teams
Key Skills Required
Strong communication and convincing skills
Sales-driven mindset with target orientation
Ability to build relationships and network effectively
Confidence in cold calling and outreach
Basic understanding of startups, investors, and events ecosystem (preferred)
