About the role

Recruitment activities Key Result Area (KRA) for Ops Admin ● Coordinate with Ops team and maintain the track of open & closed positions Onboarding and Separations ● Onboarding - Onboard and maintain the approved HC to ensure zero hiring gap ● Separation - Update voluntary and involuntary attrition in HRMS Time office and Attendance ● Roster Management - Upload the roster in HRMS for Off-roll and on-roll Employees and convey the same to the employees at least 3 days in advance. ● Leave Management - Responsible for applying leave for all FE, GC, Sr. GC & PE's as they report to Ops admin ● Off-roll & On-roll Attendance Punch in & Punch out- Perform manually punch in & Punch out by RF Scanner one by one in particular dept in all 3 shifts ● Highlight discrepancy of attendance (LWP, Absent, U & HA) to HR and Operations team on a daily basis. ● Maintain a daily employee master which contains active & inactive employee's details with their attendance status and need to share with the operation team for visibility. ● Check shift-wise attendance status of employees and call employees who are absent or on a long leave without prior information. Share daily calling remarks with the HR and Operations team. ● Check the working hours of employees on a daily basis and highlight the discrepancy cases on mail. ● Ticket creation and Attendance management of JLs/ Adhoc employees - Make the provision to follow up with Ops Team and provide the manpower as per the ops requirement post follow-up with respective vendors in both shifts. Engagement Activities ● Employee Connect and Grievance Management. ● Support in engagement activity execution on the floor along with ● Execute any new projects / ad hoc assignments as and when allotted.
