Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Delhivery Boy, based in Mumbai. Responsibilities include picking up and delivering packages to customers in a timely and professional manner, verifying delivery details, ensuring the proper handling of packages, and maintaining a delivery log. The role requires effective route planning to ensure timely deliveries and clear communication with the logistics team to address any delivery challenges.
Qualifications
- Strong navigation skills, including familiarity with local routes and basic knowledge of using GPS devices
- Good communication skills, with the ability to interact courteously with customers and team members
- Time management and organizational skills to ensure efficient and timely deliveries
- Basic knowledge of safety regulations and procedures for on-road movements
- A valid driving license specific to the vehicle required for the role
- Ability to work independently and responsibly in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in delivery operations or logistics is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification preferred
