Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for a Sr Manager, Pricing Strategy Consulting at Monetizely. The Sr Manager will lead end-to-end pricing and packaging engagements for software clients, from diagnostic discovery through recommendation, experimentation, and rollout. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and customer research, structuring and analyzing pricing studies, and translating findings into clear, actionable pricing strategies. The role will collaborate closely with client stakeholders in Product, Marketing, Sales, and Finance to align pricing with product strategy and GTM motions, and to support implementation, enablement, and change management. The Sr Manager will also contribute to Monetizely’s thought leadership, methodologies, and internal tooling, helping scale best practices across client engagements.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in pricing strategy, packaging design, and monetization for B2B SaaS or software businesses.
- Experience with quantitative and qualitative market research methods, including survey design, pricing research frameworks (e.g., Van Westendorp, Conjoint, MaxDiff), and customer interviews.
- Proficiency in data analysis, financial modeling, and scenario planning to evaluate pricing options and revenue impact.
- Background in Product Management, Product Marketing, Management Consulting, or a related strategic role working with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex analysis into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects independently, manage multiple client workstreams, and deliver outcomes in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Comfort working in a fully remote, distributed team and collaborating asynchronously across time zones.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering
