Role Description
The Delegate Sales Executive will be responsible for building strong client relationships and driving attendance at Tradepass events. Daily tasks include identifying and reaching out to potential attendees, nurturing leads, and maintaining an updated database. The role also involves demonstrating excellent communication skills, understanding client needs, and collaborating with internal teams to meet sales targets. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with a focus on client engagement.
- Proficiency in lead generation, data management, and CRM tools.
- Sales and marketing knowledge, including experience in meeting sales quotas and understanding market trends.
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple accounts and tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to dynamic priorities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in sales, business development, or events management is an advantage.
