Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Delegate Sales role based in Mumbai. As a Delegate Sales Representative, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients to promote participation in our industry-leading events and conferences. This includes generating leads, building relationships, understanding client needs, and converting prospects into confirmed event delegates. You will engage in direct communication with clients via phone and email, meet set sales targets, and maintain up-to-date records of sales activities. Collaborating with internal teams, you will also ensure seamless client engagement and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales, Lead Generation, and Client Relationship Management
- Ability to effectively communicate via Email Communication and Phone Calls
- Skills in Negotiation, Persuasion, and Rapport-Building
- Knowledge of Event Management and familiarity with industry-related conferences
- Strong Organizational and Time-Management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Prior experience in sales, especially in the events or B2B sector, is an advantage
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic data tracking is preferred
