Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Delegate Acquisition Specialist role based in Noida. The Delegate Acquisition Specialist is responsible for identifying, researching, and engaging potential delegates for LoopLynks Events’ programs and recognition platforms. Day-to-day tasks include building and managing prospect lists, conducting outreach via phone, email, and social channels, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking systems. The role involves qualifying leads, understanding delegate needs and interests, and clearly communicating event value propositions. The Specialist will collaborate closely with event, marketing, and operations teams to support delegate targets, contribute to campaign ideas, and ensure a high-quality experience from initial contact through attendance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in delegate acquisition, sales, business development, or outreach for events, conferences, or similar programs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, handle objections, and conduct professional conversations over phone, email, and messaging platforms.
- Solid research and prospecting skills, including the ability to identify relevant target audiences, use online tools and databases, and maintain accurate records.
- Basic understanding of CRM or lead management tools, and comfort with using spreadsheets and online collaboration platforms.
- Organized and goal-oriented approach, with the ability to manage pipelines, meet daily activity metrics, and work toward delegate acquisition targets.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, follow structured processes, and share feedback from delegates to improve event offerings.
- Previous experience in events, recognition programs, corporate engagement, or B2B outreach is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment and a genuine interest in leadership, recognition, and impact-driven initiatives.
