Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Delegate Acquisition Executive based in Mumbai. The Delegate Acquisition Executive will be responsible for identifying and inviting senior-level professionals to participate in conferences and events. Key responsibilities include conducting research to identify target audiences, reaching out to potential delegates through phone and email communication, building relationships, and ensuring successful registrations for events. The role also involves understanding client needs and aligning them with the event objectives to create value-driven participation.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in market research and data gathering to identify prospective delegates
- Experience with customer engagement and coordinating event registrations
- Organizational and time management skills for handling multiple priorities
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic office software
- Proactive mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Previous experience in events, marketing, or sales will be an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field
