About the Role
We’re seeking a dynamic and driven Delegate Acquisition Executive to join our team for our global investor events. This role is ideal for someone passionate about connecting high-growth companies with capital opportunities through strategic networking and research-driven outreach.
You will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and onboarding companies seeking to raise capital, ensuring their participation in our investment summits. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of fundraising, business development, and global event strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify high-potential companies across sectors (real estate, and hospitality) and regions looking to raise capital.
- Build and execute targeted outreach campaigns to onboard companies as delegates for the Summit.
- Engage directly with founders, C-level executives to present summit value propositions.
- Conduct detailed research on companies, preferences, and capital seeking projects.
- Contribute to messaging, communication templates, and market segmentation strategies.
- Provide pre- and post-event support to ensure a seamless delegate experience.
- Lead Generation & Prospecting : Identify, research, and qualify potential developers, consultants, individual, and businesses within the real estate sector who are actively seeking to raise funds. Build and maintain a strong pipeline through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and industry databases.
- Pitching & Conversions : Deliver compelling sales pitches showcasing event benefits, investor access, networking, 1:1 meetings, pitch sessions and branding exposure. Conduct virtual meetings/calls to explain agenda, investor profile, deliverables etc.
What We’re Looking For
- Fresher or someone with 2–3 years of experience in delegate sales, B2B outreach, capital advisory, or investment-related events.
- Strong understanding of investor ecosystems, particularly in real estate or private capital markets.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
- High level of professionalism, persistence, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Prior experience in event delegate acquisition or capital matchmaking is a strong advantage.
- Proven efficiency in generating and qualifying high-quality leads through targeted outreach or research.
