About VaultCircle VaultCircle curates and hosts closed-door business and finance conferences for senior decision-makers including CFOs, auditors, finance leaders, founders, and CXOs across India. Our forums are designed for high-quality conversations, peer learning, and meaningful industry connections.
We are looking to onboard project-based to support the execution of upcoming business & finance conferences scheduled for January–February. This role focuses on senior-level outreach and conference confirmations.
Key Responsibilities
● Personally call and invite 100–150 senior leaders (CFOs, CXOs, Heads of Finance, Partners, etc.) to attend VaultCircle conferences
● Communicate clearly and professionally with invitees (no sales pitching)
● Follow up via calls, WhatsApp, and email to close confirmations
● Coordinate with the internal team on daily outreach targets
● Maintain basic tracking of conversations, responses, and confirmations Ideal Candidate Profile
● Strong verbal communication skills and confidence on calls
● Prior experience in conference execution, events, outreach, BD, or calling roles is a strong plus
