Unit Description:
Holiday Inn Estes Park is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts. The hotel is only two miles from the Rocky Mountain National Park and a short walk to the heart of town. Our natural playground offers many outdoor activities: hiking, biking, fly fishing, and rafting. We offer on-site housing and discounts on meals, retail, and lodging.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain a safe and secure environment in employee housing while ensuring compliance with hotel policies and local regulations
- Oversee cleanliness standards, coordinate housekeeping schedules, and manage maintenance and utility services for housing units
- Handle lease agreements, renewals, compliance documentation, and prepare rooms for arrivals and departures with inspections and inventory checks
- Safely operate the hotel shuttle to transport team members between housing and the hotel according to scheduled routes
- Address housing-related concerns promptly, foster a positive living environment, and share updates through a monthly team member newsletter
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Experience as a training administrator or similar role
- Valid driver's license and must be able to obtain a Department of Transportation card within 10 days of hire date
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Working knowledge of iCIMS and Workday is a plus
- No high school diploma or GED required
