Unit Description:
Delaware North operates concessions, premium dining, and retail services at Target Field dating back to 2010. The 39,504-seat venue is home to the Minnesota Twins. We provide a full complement of food and beverage offerings that include chef-attended action stations, a carving station, and Taste of the Ballpark fan favorites.
Responsibilities:
- Supervision & Compliance: Oversee team members serving alcohol, ensuring adherence to alcohol service policies and procedures
- Policy Enforcement: Enforce company alcohol service policies, including responsible serving practices, cut-off times, and alcohol cut-off/shut-down procedures
- Observation & Documentation: Monitor and document alcohol-related issues, including proactive observations and potential violations
- Training & Onboarding: Ensure all staff serving alcohol have signed an alcohol policy acknowledgment
- Guest Interaction: Answer questions and provide recommendations on alcohol service; conduct random guest ID checks as directed
- Event Support: Assist with event-day operations, including audits, reporting, and coordination with management
- Incident Management: Alert management to policy violations and assist in resolving alcohol-related incidents
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Ability to provide feedback and coaching to team members with varied experience levels
- Must be available for day, evening, weekend, holiday, and event shifts
- Previous supervisor experience preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for the entire length of the shift, including walking up and downstairs, and lifting as the work duties demand
- May be exposed to variable temperatures, including extreme heat and cold, depending on the season
