Unit Description:

Miami Freedom Park is a state-of-the-art soccer stadium and entertainment destination in South Florida, opening in 2026 as the future home of Inter Miami CF. Delaware North will lead stadium concessions and premium food and beverage services, delivering innovative culinary experiences that celebrate Miami’s vibrant culture while elevating classic stadium favorites. The venue will host world-class soccer matches, concerts, and live entertainment year-round. 

Responsibilities:
  • Complete daily tasks, including answering phones and emails, screening callers, and managing documents 
  • Provide basic administrative support, which includes coordinating activities and meetings, preparing expense reports, processing invoices and labor sheets, updating and printing menus, and contacting team members 
  • Perform routine clerical duties, such as reviewing mail, making copies, and mailing letters 
  • Oversee vendor appointments, maintenance, and environmental upkeep for offices 
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative or office position, including experience with office administrative procedures, use, and operation of standard office equipment 
  • Advanced knowledge of and demonstrated skills in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint software programs
  • High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations 
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously 
  • Basic math skills
