Role Description
We are seeking a full-time DeFi Research & Operations Intern for our on-site office in Nashik. In this role, you will conduct extensive research on decentralized finance trends, protocols, and developments. You will analyze technical whitepapers, contribute to strategy formulation, and support the team in implementing operational processes. You will also collaborate cross-functionally to enhance business efficiency, maintain databases, and assist in developing data-driven insights for management while actively contributing to ongoing DeFi initiatives.
Qualifications
- Research and Analytical Skills: Proficiency in conducting in-depth analysis, interpreting blockchain protocols, and reviewing technical whitepapers.
- DeFi Knowledge: Understanding of decentralized finance ecosystems, cryptocurrency markets, and blockchain technologies.
- Data Management: Experience in data analytics, database maintenance, and generating actionable insights.
- Operational Skills: Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively coordinate across teams.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with blockchain technology, smart contracts, and basic programming knowledge is a plus.
- Teamwork and Communication: Strong collaboration skills and clear communication abilities for cross-functional work.
- Education and Passion: Enrollment in or recent graduation from a bachelor's program in finance, computer science, or a related field, with enthusiasm for blockchain and DeFi.
