About the role
Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), Ministry of Defence, Government of India invites applications from eligible candidates for recruitment of Project Scientists on contractual basis at DRDO Hyderabad. The details of the posts are as follows:
Post: Project Scientist
No. of Posts: 38
Discipline: Aeronautical Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Instrumentation Engineering
Educational Qualification: M.E./M.Tech. or equivalent in the relevant discipline from a recognized University/Institute.
Age Limit: 35 years (as on the last date of submission of application)
Period of Engagement: Initially for a period of 01 year, extendable up to 03 years based on performance and requirement.
Monthly Consolidated Emoluments:
- Project Scientist-I: Rs. 55,000/- per month
- Project Scientist-II: Rs. 63,000/- per month
- Project Scientist-III: Rs. 70,000/- per month
Job Responsibilities: The selected candidates will be responsible for carrying out research and development activities as per the requirement of the project.
Selection Process: Based on performance in the Interview.
