Program Leader, Human Resources Service Delivery

Serving those who serve Canada, Defence Construction Canada (DCC) delivers a range of engineering, construction and related services on behalf of the Department of National Defence and Public Services and Procurement Canada. Defence Construction Canada is seeking a Program Leader, Human Resources Service Delivery to join our team in Ottawa, Ontario. The Program Leader, Human Resources Service Delivery will: - Lead and manage the HR Service Delivery program including performance management, learning and development, staffing, and employment programs and services. - Provide strategic advice and recommendations on organizational priorities and objectives. - Lead and oversee the implementation of initiatives and supporting programs. - Provide oversight and management of service delivery activities and performance metrics. - Ensure continuous improvement and innovation of service delivery programs.
