Key responsibilities:
1. Generate leads

5. Work on achieving the weekly targets in a performance-driven competitive environment
6. Monitor self-performance at all times while also contributing to the team's performance
7. Work on keeping track of factors like conversion factor, average revenue generated per lead, average revenue per sale, etc.
