Inside Sales Representative

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and focused Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. As an Inside Sales Representative at Clearnetworx, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth by promoting our Fiber Internet services to businesses and residential customers. Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and identify potential customers through various lead sources, including inbound inquiries, outbound cold calls, and referrals.
• Adhere to short- and long-term lead follow-up schedules with phone calls and emails.
• Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand customers' internet connectivity requirements and recommend suitable Fiber Internet solutions.
• Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our Fiber Internet services, overcoming objections, and closing sales deals.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and sales activities in our CRM system.
• Collaboroate with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted sales campaigns.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and product knowledge to effectively position [Company Name] as the preferred ISP choice.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications:

• Proven inside sales experience, preferably in the telecommunications or ISP industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• High school diploma or equivalent
