The Human Resources Specialist supports the overall operations of the company by executing a wide range of HR functions in alignment with company policies and the Executive Management Team. This role is responsible for employee relations support, training coordination, new hire onboarding, recruitment support, compliance management, and other HR-related matters.
The position also plays a key role in employee relations by assisting with investigations, performance management processes, leaves of absence, workers’ compensation, and training and development initiatives. The specialist collects and interprets employee data, serves as a liaison between staff and management, and ensures consistent application of company policies and employment laws.
