About the role
As a Sales Development Representative for Deel's SMB segment in Central Eastern Europe and the Baltics, you will be responsible for prospecting, engaging, and qualifying new SMB customers across this region. You will work closely with our Sales and Account Management teams to identify and convert qualified opportunities. This is a remote role, with the ability to work from anywhere in Estonia, Slovakia, Romania, Lithuania, Latvia, or Poland.
Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and outreach to new SMB customers in Central Eastern Europe and the Baltics using a variety of channels (email, phone, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Conducting discovery calls to understand customer pain points and qualify opportunities
- Passing qualified opportunities to the relevant Sales and Account Management teams
- Tracking all activities and pipeline in our CRM system
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and other teams to drive results
- Continuously learning about Deel's products and services to become a trusted advisor to customers
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in a sales development, business development, or similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with prospects at all levels
- Excellent written and verbal English skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Understanding of the Central Eastern Europe and Baltics markets and business environment
- Ability to work remotely and be self-motivated
- Passion for the HR/payroll/compliance space and a desire to help companies grow globally
