Payroll Expert | Poland
Role and Responsibilities:
- Process monthly payroll for clients in Poland
- Manage payroll needs for clients including payroll tax, payroll reporting, and payroll compliance
- Liaise with clients to understand their payroll requirements and provide support as needed
- Work with local country tax authorities to ensure payroll compliance
- Stay up-to-date on changes in local payroll regulations and laws
- Provide advice and guidance to clients on payroll best practices
- Assist with payroll implementation and onboarding processes for new clients
- Collaborate with the broader Payroll Operations team to drive continuous improvement
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in payroll processing and administration, preferably in Poland
- Strong knowledge of Polish payroll regulations, tax requirements, and compliance
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Polish and English
- Experience with payroll software and systems
