Role Description :
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Decor Intern based in Bangalore. The Decor Intern will support the design and execution of décor concepts for various wedding events.
Key responsibilities include sourcing décor materials, coordinating with vendors, assisting in event setup and teardown, and ensuring that design concepts align with client expectations. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to contribute creative ideas, maintain timelines, and support seamless event execution in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating and executing décor concepts and mood boards.
- Support vendor coordination and material sourcing.
- Help manage event setup and dismantling at venues.
- Maintain project timelines and ensure attention to detail in execution.
- Prepare basic presentations and décor proposals using Google Slides.
- Track requirements and vendor details using Google Sheets and Docs.
- Collaborate with planners and internal teams to ensure design alignment.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Good visual sense and aesthetic judgment in event styling.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides.
- Basic presentation and mood-boarding ability.
- Learning agility and adaptability in dynamic environments.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- A degree or ongoing course in Design, Event Management, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous internships or experience in event management or décor are advantageous.
