Job Title: - Senior Associate / Project Leader

Job Location: -Gurgaon/Bangalore/Noida/Pune
Job Summary: - This role will be responsible for leading commercial analytics engagements in market mix analytics- build and lead market mix models for pharma companies to estimate the impact/effectiveness of individual channels and optimizing marketing activities.
Job Requirements: -
- Overall, 2-6 years of rich experience in marketing analytics with 2+ years of good hands-on experience in Market Mix Modeling / Promo on Response Modeling / Test & Control
- Proficiency in Statistical and Probabilistic methods such as multivariate regression, hierarchical modelling, Mixed Effect modelling, SVM, Decision-Trees, Random Forest, etc.
- Hands-on experience in Python, and good PowerPoint skills.
- Priority to the candidates with Marke ng Mix modeling in the Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences Domain. Knowledge of Pharma data sets (sales/ promotions/ customer master) in the US/ ex-US is deeply appreciated.
- Attitude and willingness to learn, accept the challenging environment and have confidence in delivering the results within timelines.
Education:
- BE, B. Tech/ M. Tech/MCA/MBA
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Work closely with project manager to define the algorithm, break down the problem into execution steps and run the analysis
- Ensure high quality analytics solution/reports to client
- Contribute towards Axtria tools and capabilities as per the business requirements.
- Build organization capabilities by participating in Hackathon, solution design, process automation
- Effectively communicate with onshore/ client (as per business needs)
