Key Responsibilitie
- s:Onboarding & Offboarding: supporting new hire onboarding & manage the offboarding process for departing employee
- s.Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies, procedures, and general inquiries. Address and resolve employee concerns, working to ensure a positive work environmen
- t.HR Administration: Maintain employee records, ensure HR systems are updated, and assist with HR documentation and complianc
- e.Training & Development: Assist in organizing training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance employee skills and productivit
- y.Policy Implementation & Compliance: Assist with the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor law
- s.Employee Engagement: Support employee engagement initiatives and help organize activities and programs that promote a positive and inclusive company cultur
- e.HR Reporting & Analytics: Generate HR reports and assist in the analysis of key HR metrics to identify trends and recommend solution
s.Qualification
- s:1-3 years of experience in an HR generalist or related rol
- e.Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and employee relation
- s.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with employees at all level
