Key responsibilities: 1. Ensure a WOW customer experience 2. Greet, smile, and engage with customers to understand their needs 3. Interact and engage with your customers 4. Practise your sport. 5. Master SBRAM/SALES 6. Promote sports by engaging customers through sports communities 7. Practice your sport and inspire customers to join sports communities 8. Stay informed and encourage customers to participate in Decathlon events or local sports activities related to their interests 9. Ensure the customer is satisfied 10. Propose the right products & services depending on the needs of customers 11. Use all our channels (in-store, .in, application) to satisfy the customer's needs 12. Know how to offer the Circular TO range 13. Propose the relevant services to the customer (buy back, repair & maintenance, personalisation) 14. Propose and provide to the customer all the available modes of payments. 15. Ensure a smooth check out experience 16. Keep the customer is at the centre of your activity and make yourself available in whatever you are doing 17. Find ways to boost business of your sport in the catchment 18. Suggest and highlight complementary products to enhance customer sport practice experience and boost sales (S+) 19. Ensure product availability by doing reliable, up to date and responsible inventory to support its omnichannel availability. 20. Ensure the signages are updated for the customers (self-informed best choice) 21. Be accountable for delivery (efficiency)
