🚀 We’re Hiring | Debt Syndication Manager | Misha Capital
Misha Capital is looking for an experienced and driven Debt Syndication Manager to join our Debt Advisory team. This role offers extensive exposure to debt syndication, structured finance, capital raising, and investment banking transactions. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in debt structuring, financial analysis, deal execution, lender management.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end debt syndication and fundraising mandates for corporate clients.
• Structure and execute term loans, working capital facilities, structured debt, acquisition finance, and project finance transactions.
• Prepare detailed financial models, credit appraisal notes, Information Memorandums (IMs), lender presentations, and investment teasers.
• Conduct financial statement analysis, cash flow assessment, ratio analysis, and credit evaluation.
• Build and maintain relationships with banks, NBFCs, private credit funds, and institutional lenders.
• Coordinate with lenders, investors, legal teams, and clients throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Manage due diligence, documentation, compliance, and closure processes for ongoing mandates.
• Identify financing opportunities through industry research, market intelligence, and borrower analysis.
• Drive transaction execution and ensure timely closure of debt mandates.
Eligibility & Qualifications
• B. Com / M. Com / Qualified CA / Semi-Qualified CA.
• 3–6 years of experience in Debt Syndication, Debt Advisory, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Banking, or Financial Services.
• Strong understanding of debt products, credit assessment, lending structures, and capital raising.
• Prior experience in handling lender relationships and executing debt transactions is highly preferred.

• Strong financial analysis and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent understanding of debt raising, lending products, and credit evaluation.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail-oriented, execution-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to independently manage transactions and interact confidently with lenders, investors, and corporate clients.
