Debt Funding Planning & Execution
Preparation of Financial Models for Funding
Assisting in Due Diligence, TEV Studies, Valuation, Credit Ratings, Legal Scrutiny
Ensuring legal compliances (IT, GST, ROC/MCA, SEBI, etc.)
📌 Required Qualifications: Graduate / M.Com
📌 Experience: 0-2 years
