Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Debt Recovery Operations (Telugu) professional based in Bengaluru. The responsibilities include coordinating with customers to resolve outstanding payment issues, providing guidance during the recovery process, and maintaining detailed documentation of interactions. The role further involves managing communication effectively with customers, ensuring compliance with company policies, and delivering consistent results in debt recovery efforts.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal skills and empathy when engaging with customers
- Excellent Communication skills, with fluency in Telugu and proficiency in English
- Understanding of Addiction Recovery processes and techniques
- Knowledge of Insurance policies and procedures
- Ability to provide effective Training related to debt recovery processes
- Proven organizational and time management abilities
- Minimum high school graduation; a degree in a relevant field is preferred but not required
- Experience in debt recovery or a related domain is an advantage
