Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Bengaluru for a Debt Recovery Operations professional. The role involves managing debt recovery processes, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and coordinating with various stakeholders to achieve recovery targets. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing strategies to recover outstanding debts, providing advice and training to clients, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal requirements. The role requires effective communication, strategic thinking, and the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills
- Experience in Debt Recovery and Insurance procedures
- Knowledge of Addiction Recovery processes and related support services
- Ability to train teams and colleagues on recovery best practices and procedures
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance in debt recovery is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or relevant field is preferred
