Debbies House Cleaning is hiring a remote Remote Virtual Assistant for US House Cleaning Company to join their remote Sales and Marketing team. We are a fast-growing residential cleaning company based in the United States looking for a reliable, organized, and English & Spanish - speaking Virtual Assistant from Latin America to join our team full-time. This is a 100% remote position. You will work from home in your country and support our daily operations. Your main responsibilities: Answer phone calls, emails, texts, and live chat from customers (friendly & professional English required), Schedule and reschedule cleaning appointments using our software (Jobber or similar), Follow up with clients after service (reviews, feedback, rescheduling), Coordinate with our cleaning teams (send schedules, confirm arrivals), Light bookkeeping: enter payments, send invoices, track overdue accounts, Help with social media posts and replying to comments (Facebook/Instagram), Other admin tasks as needed.
