Teerthanker Mahaveer University (TMU), Moradabad is seeking an accomplished and
visionary academic leader to lead the Faculty of Engineering (Computer Science &
Engineering) into its next phase of academic excellence, innovation and strategic growth.
We are particularly interested in senior academicians with a strong Computer Science &
Engineering/ Computer Science background and a demonstrated track record of
institutional leadership, research excellence and academic transformation.
Strategic Mandate
• Drive AI-led transformation and future-ready engineering education, with Computer
Science as a key strategic focus.
• Build a high-impact research and innovation ecosystem spanning sponsored research,
high-quality publications, patents, consultancy, technology transfer and Centres of
Excellence.
• Establish strong industry and global partnerships translating into live projects,
internships, joint research, entrepreneurship and enhanced employability.
• Lead academic quality, accreditation and institutional excellence through NBA, NAAC,
NIRF, OBE and globally benchmarked academic practices.
• Strengthen institutional reputation, rankings, research visibility and strategic growth at
national and international levels.
