Dean / Associate Dean – Department of Management Studies

We are looking for a visionary academic leader to head our Department of Management Studies. If you've shaped curriculum, led high-performing faculty teams, and driven accreditation and research at a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institution — we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll own
- Academic strategy, curriculum design & program excellence (MBA, BBA, Executive Ed)
- Faculty recruitment, mentoring & research output
- Accreditation & rankings (NAAC, NBA, AACSB, EQUIS)
- Industry partnerships, placements & student development
- Research centres, funded projects & global collaborations
What we're looking for
- Ph.D in Management or related field
- 10-15 years academic experience
- Leadership at HOD / Professor Level
- Strong research & publications record
- Accreditation experience
Compensation is competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
